Refund policy

At unism.store, we value your satisfaction and understand the importance of a straightforward and fair refund policy. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds.

Withdrawal and Returns

As our valued customer, whether you're a consumer or a business entity, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your shipment. To initiate this process, simply send us your withdrawal statement either via email to help@unism.store or by post to Unism sp. z o.o., ul. Szpilmana 6, 02-634 Warsaw, Poland. We provide a template for this purpose in Annex 1 of our regulations, but feel free to use your own format. Once we receive your statement, we will promptly confirm its receipt via email.

After withdrawing, please return the goods to us at the same address within the following 14 days. It is important to return the products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit. If you do not have the original packaging, you must secure the item in another way at your own cost. If the item is damaged due to improper packaging, the Seller may refuse to accept the return. Please contact us for guidance if you do not have the original packaging.

Non-consumer entities

Remember, this right of withdrawal is not applicable to non-consumer entities and does not extend to non-prefabricated items that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized.

For customers outside the EU

You are responsible for all customs and tax fees associated with a possible return. If returning a package from outside the EU, the refund will be processed after the package is delivered to the Seller. If a Consumer outside the EU refuses to accept an international shipment (especially to a country with customs duties) for any reason other than visible damage, the Seller reserves the right to issue an invoice for return shipping costs and any customs duties. These costs will be deducted from the refund, or the refund will be contingent on payment of these fees.

Reimbursement and Damaged Goods

Upon the safe return of your items, we will process your refund using the same payment method you originally used unless the Consumer expressly agrees to another method, such as a bank transfer. We strive to complete this process within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or confirmation of their dispatch, provided they are returned in their original, undamaged condition.

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. We are committed to ensuring that the products you receive are of the highest quality and will address any issues with defective items promptly.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We take your concerns seriously. If you have any complaints about the goods, you can file them either through our email at help@unism.store or by writing to our postal address. In the event of a non-conforming product, you have the right to request a price reduction or to withdraw from the sales contract if we are unable to replace or repair the faulty goods without causing you significant inconvenience.

In cases where you are not satisfied with how we handle your complaint, you have the option to seek alternative dispute resolution. This can include mediation through the Trade Inspection, assistance from consumer rights advocates, the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for online purchases, or an amicable consumer court. Additional Information

Please note that warranty claims for defects are excluded in business-to-business transactions unless otherwise negotiated. The liability for non-conformity of goods with the contract lasts for 2 years from the delivery date to the consumer. When returning non-conforming goods for a claim, the shipping will be at our expense, and we will provide the necessary details for the return process.
