The Coated Black Tall Side Table is a study in shadow and silhouette. By applying a high-durability, industrial-grade matte coating, we transform the sand-cast monolith into a void of light. This finish is designed to emphasize the object’s pure architectural form, stripping away reflections to focus entirely on the rhythmic transition between the heavy base and the slender, tapering neck.

The coating is meticulously applied over the hand-refined aluminium to ensure an ultra-matte, deep-black resolution that is both haptically smooth and exceptionally resilient. Unlike traditional finishes, the Black series acts as a visual anchor, creating a sharp, brutalist contrast within lighter environments. Every piece is finished with a non-toxic protective layer, maintaining its dense, velvet-like appearance while providing superior resistance to daily use.

Product details

The products of cast aluminium have small marks and variations from the casting process, therefore small holes and unevenness might occur. The surface is brushed to achieve smooth finish, followed by the application of a high-quality powder coating in a deep black tone. It features a tabletop and base, connected by a rod, all made from 100% aluminium. For added stability, the base is reinforced with a 4 mm thick steel sheet. The underside of the base is lined with a thin layer of rubber to protect your floors.
